  • Returns are accepted within 14 days.

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • The bottom of the lighter comes in orange, green, purple, blue and yellow bottom rims.

    If you have preference, you can indicate it in your NOTES on the checkout page and we will do our best to ship you your preferred colors. It is not guaranteed that you will get the colors you requested and we cannot give refunds for receiving colors other than what you requested.

    If you message me instead of putting it in the notes, it is very likely that I will not see it in time and may not be able to accommodate your request.

  • Babe, I got you.

    All of my packages are shipped in poly mailers with a shipping label that says "C.B. Co." not "Cannabitches" so no need to worry about any judgments from prying eyes.

  • Yes, the torch lighters do contain butane in them at purchase and they are 100% refillable.

    DO NOT REMOVE THE TOP OF YOUR LIGHTER! This will break the lighter and no one wants that!

    All lighters can be refilled from the BOTTOM!

  • Orders are shipped out every Tuesday and Thursday and dropped off at the end of the day. Our team is available M-F to respond to customer inquiries of requests. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

    If you need an order rushed, please reach out to us and let us know. We will work with you to figure out what you need and if we can make it happen.

    Our processing times are listed at 1-3 days to reflect our current shipping policies.

  • The lighters do have a pink-ish/orange-ish flame but the consistency/shade/length of time the pink will displays varies from lighter to lighter.

    I will NOT accept returns if you are unhappy with the shade of pink of the flame or ship out replacements for this issue.

  • If your lighter has any issues for any reason, please submit video proof of them not functioning for a replacement or refund to help@cannabitches.com

    Although our lighters are refillable, they are still disposable lighters much like a Bic lighter or Calico. They will NOT have the lifetime of something like a zippo.

    If your lighter stops working after using it for 3 weeks or more, I CAN'T replace it. That would be the equivalent of going to the gas station and asking for a new lighter after using it for a few weeks.

  • I purchase blanks from other companies - lighters, cases, grinders, etc. These are all purchased from manufacturers.

    When I buy samples of a blank product, I test the blank product for 6 months, sometimes a year. This process makes it so that I can ensure that my printing inks adhere properly to the materials. I also make sure that I like the product first before selling it. I do my best to offer high quality products that I would buy myself.

    All printing is done at our warehouse in Downtown, Los Angeles. I print new products every Saturday. I oversee the quality control and do my best to make sure that everything you buy has a perfect print when you receive it.

  • My products aren't produced in large scale factories overseas. I'm human and sometimes, I make mistakes when I run prints. All kinds of things can go wrong and when something doesn't come out perfect, I don't sell it. Sometimes, the ink isn't cured properly so the ink cracks. When this happens, I put the case aside. Sometimes, the alignment of the print is off, I also set these aside. I haven't been able to throw any of these out over the last 3 years.

    It breaks my heart anytime a product is misprinted because I know the products are still functional. In an effort to reduce needless landfill waste, I would like to give these products a chance at a life. If you have feedback for me about this, I'd love to hear it in a direct message!
